Best odds guaranteed

  • Is anyone else finding this a great source of income, I’ve tried to do a load of the 2 clear races with little success in hitting the free bet but to my surprise I’ve made a load of profit in best odds guarantee, this has been the same for the last few days, I’m considering just betting on tons of horse races at close odds and hoping to nail these?

Today (stake is not included in any of the calculations):

Be perfect, 1625, beverley – I won £160 at willhills, lost -£142.5 at exchange

Rinaria, 1700, beverley – I won £62.50 at wh, lost -£48 at the exchange

Bit of a quirke, 1550, beverley – I won £150 at wh, lost -£101 at the exchange

Don’t touch it, 1615, punchestown – I won £125 at betfred, lost -£113.95 at the exchange

In total I made £91.96!!! That’s with no free bets! I am worried that because I keep winning my accounts will be closed though…is there any profit in trying this long term?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

interestingly BOG + at ladbrokes appears to work if you back and lay the day before (i was under the impression that it had to be on the day of racing) but apparently not. I backed and laid Bedrock, 1330, warwick on the evening of Sunday 30th at back and lay odds of 1.61/1.63

it won and had a starting price of 2.1, ladbrokes paid me £55 at a price of 2.2! and i lost -£16.15 plus my £25 stake so in total made a profit of £13.85

BOG works best for me when there are 3-4 low priced selections in a race and there isn’t a clear market favourite (making it much more likely for odds changes near the off). If you can take a risk free back and lay on one or two of those, there is always a reasonable chance of a drift and getting the win in this price range.

Wouldn’t be taking QL on them though, just take the risk free ones as you spot them throughout the day and take the odd pay out bonus on them 🙂

Getting a BOG win is very rare when the selection has been an arb since the price hardly drifts at the bookmaker (even if it drifts on the exchange).

    Only yesterday, I saw a 9/2 (5.50) that was 5.30 to lay.

SP was 4/1 (5.0) and price on the exchange had drifted to 7.40…
