Placed £40 on Pandar on Favourit in 1745 Salisbury and then around £40 against Pandar on Smarkets. Pandar didn’t race and so bet was voided on Smarkets but for some reason was lost on Favourit. So ended up £40 down! What a joke!
Anyone have any experience of things like this happening?

I’m glad you got your money back, but I hope no one from that bookmaker is reading this thread. You have given so much information it would be dead easy to identify you and have your account gubbed.
I was just reading another thread and I believe it was actually Matt that said Favourit are a complete joke and to avoid at all costs. I don’t think it was a ‘mistake’ but probably just trying it on.
