Not being funny but if you havent had it back yet you did something wrong I would have thought…note the inplay bet has to be when the game actually kicks off and not just when the screen goes into live play, quite a common mistake

Yeh I placed my second bet at half time…even got a message from them at about 11.30 last night saying that I got refunded my bet but still haven’t….gonna go on live chat to them here now

Click help on the bet365 website in the top right hand corner and then click “contact us”,the options for the live chat and phone will come up,one is a non 0800 which is mobile friendly,once on the pre match bet about a year ago, I did something silly like bet £40,and quickly added the £10,or course I only triggered a £40 in-play bet,did my £50 in-play,and of course only got a £40 quid refund,called them up and they sorted it fair do’s,and the the £10 was added,so try em on the old “dog and bone”

Mind you if like Ryan said,if you put your “in-play” bet on before that clock started ticking,,then you need to put it down as a “lesson learned” I’ve afraid.
