Hi all,

I’ve received the following email from Betstars tonight so might be worth checking your junk for as that’s where I found it. I think I’ve seen posts on here where the offer is slightly different for different people though. Either way, the last sentence seems to imply it’s a new customer welcome offer so does anyone have any thoughts?! I obviously already have an account with them so not sure if it was sent in error or not!

@orlandosteve The terms of the email state you can bet on anything. My bet settled last night, and I can confirm I’ve had the £20fb credited.

I assumed it was bet on tonight’s game, there were no terms in the email
Anyway got the freebets and expire next Tues

Got freebets coming out my ears this week, and feels like I’m backing either side of the 2 champ league games every time I login to phone. Probably could saved all the lays and dutched it with backing the draw elsewhere!

Well i placed the £10 bet for a 55p ql. Have then been awarded 2 x £25 bets, which i placed this afternoon. I’ve just logged on to see if they were still there or if they’d magically been removed and i had a further 2 x £10 freebets nestled! So i’ve placed them as well Hopefully all 4 will win at exchange and i can move on without any worries about them not paying out – especially on the 2 x £25 ones.

SJ – not sure if your bets had settled already but I have just had another email offering a refund as a free bet if my next bet loses so this could explain part of your freebies?! I didn’t notice the email until I’d placed my bet on the £10 for £20 offer so need Real to lose to see if qualify or not!

I think they’ve just had a computer malfunction and its made a mess!! Time will tell if they honour any winnings from free bets.

No freebet at all for me! I bet on the Napoli/Real Madrid game. Did anyone else’s FB take time to come in? There was no opt-in was there?

@theredpill my free bets are in from last night settled bet, pretty sure yours will be to.

Also, anyone worried they won’t honour winnings form FB’s can probably rest easy, if it was some monumental cock up I think they would have realised by now and stopped crediting. Although what the promotion was all about in reality is beyond me!

Thanx to everyone who posted, I was going to ignore the e mail in all honesty, I assumed it was an error and the FB’s would never appear.
