I just called, first time i spoke to a woman and she said i would be added to the list. I got the impression that me calling was what got me added. Anyway at the end of the call i asked for her to confirm by email but the free credit ran out on whatscall ( seems 1000 credit = 2 min )
Anyway so i get more credits and phone up again, speak to a guy this time and he checks my account and says i can see you emailed us on the 18th and you have been added to the free bet list.
So 2 different stories, will update if and when i get the free bet

There is no reason why this could not be done in a day. If they are cherry picking who they are refunding then they should be reported both to asa and individually to IBAS. I don’t believe their little story either. I just think they had an overwhelming response on this offer and are looking for a way to reduce liability. Just because you eventually got your money by kicking and screaming on the phone to them doesnt make this right. I have communicated to them by email and made my complaints several days ago. I’ve done what I need to do. Companies like this need to made an example of.

I’ve had it confirmed twice on Twitter that they will pay out ALL free bets.

I got £50 free bet about time.. hopefully everyone else gets there free bet aswell. ill be more careful next time doing a Bwin offer.

Patrick I’ve been on this forum for a while now. I know the score. I don’t like inconsiderate rude people. First he started by saying the thread should be moved, right after he got his refund and secondly he come on here saying he’s bored. And i’m saying, don’t be here then. It’s disrespectful to the people who are waiting on it. Simple as that. I don’t come on here intentionally to get up peoples noses so feel free to take that look in the mirror yourself won’t you.
