Seems to me that calling them vastly increases your chances of getting the free bets creditted via a manual process, surely it would not take ten days if they had a list of users to work through.
Furthermore, I have Ronaldo as my top scorer bet with them and had two £5 free bets for his two goals credited within two hours of the game ending.
Get on the blower guys.

I had my free bet yesterday – I had emailed them twice. One on the online form and once via their complaints email address. They emailed me with an apology and to confirm they had credited the £50 free bet

I’ve just got mine in the last few hours, no phone call just 4 attempts via the online contact. Not sure if it works this way but my username is at the back end of the alphabet..

+0Sorry for reviving this topic but is there a reason why some people are getting the full £50 free bet as well as the small bonus and others are getting the rest of the free bet (deducted by the small free bet)?
These people are BWIN are just utter bellends. Will never bet with them again

Just got an email back telling me that I wont receive my money back because I signed up for a different offer! They are trying to wriggle out of the situation!
