Cheltenham offers

  • 3 weeks today until Cheltenham!! Has anyone heard of any offers that will be on? Hopefully skybet will have the money back on all losers on the first race every day like they have done for the last 3 years

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Won’t let me get more than pennies on the horses, anyone else?

Every time I send for approval it gets rejected

Yeah good offer. I’ll only go for the £10 bonus as theyve restricted me to about £5 stakes. Even had a hard time putting my £5 free bet from the City game on a 10/1 horse.

Yeah only small stakes allowed here too. Will try a couple of faves near the off.

Bet365 are apparently shitting themselves over Samcro and offering 14/1.

Those of you who backed it should check if you’ve got a good cash out offer.

Confused about lay bets on Samcro resulting in profit. SMarkets states that non runners result in voided bets; i.e. liability removed and bet cancelled.

Gilbs, yup that’s exactly what they do after the declaration of the race, normally 24 hours earlier, but 48 hours in case of Cheltenham. Currently, all Cheltenham markets are “Ante-post” meaning no rule 4 deduction for non runners, but your bet loses if you back a non runner. In other words, if you lay a non-runner in an Ante-post market, your bet wins

Antepost is normally non-runner lose unless it’s a special market.

My first bet at Unibet (can’t remember if I was gubbed or not before the SJ move) was £5max or send to traders (they allowed £50 on the fav and the horse won).

Strangely I can now get £50 on at 5.5 without going to traders.

Thanks bookiebasher and bbob for clarifying. Nonetheless, current back odds prices for Samcro in the Supreme Novices Hurdle are all over the place; B365 3.5 and Betfair Exchange 15.
    Lay odds at SMarkets 14.

If you have managed to back him at 15 yesterday and lay it off for shot at NRNB profit, I would also put in a reasonable sized stake at 3.5. This would guarantee you a profit regardless of if he runs or not. If he doesn’t run, your lay bet wins and bet365 gives money back. If he does run,he is going max 2.5 so you can arb for a profit
