Tried putting it on over 1.5 goals in barca game. But the app was doing that stupid scrolling thing it does so couldn’t get it on. When I finally did it suspended and disappeared.
It was covering another bet including a barca win so stuck it on the draw to make sure.

+0Well I emailed them and I am restricted from taking part in offers. Nice of them to let me know before putting the qualifier on.
Probably not much point in arguing the toss. Strange decision as I have used then quite a lot and have lost over £600 with them this year so far including £100 on the snooker today. I guess they found it unacceptable that all my bets and free bets were losing and felt guilty or something.

+0Rediculous indeed! In follow up emails I was actually restricted on January 4th yet I have done some of their enhanced odds and multiples since then with no issues and had £100 on selby just today.
I can’t see how or why anything would have changed risk wise on January 4th s I said all my bets lost.
Logic doesn’t seem to come into it and customer support can’t help because it’s a decision made by the “trading department” which quite a lot of customer service agents seem to like to say.
Anyhow no great loss, I’m going to milk every enhancement they have and actively look for arbs with Coral now as I have nothing to lose.
One last thing, as Coral and Ladbrokes are in bed together has anyone who has been gubbed at Coral been gubbed at Ladbrokes?
+0Its only £10 but I would go back to them and demand the free bet you qualified for, as they didn’t let you know you were gubbed for promos before you placed the qualifier.
If they refuse I would threaten them with IBAS and if they still don’t give it to you then follow through with IBAS, its only a web form and they should find in your favour.
