I don’t think that’s correct as Half Time/Full Time means Hull winning at half time and full time. For win both halves Hull would have to actually win each half. The score could be 2-0 at half time, and then 2-0 at full time. Hull will have won the first half, but not the second, so your bet will loose and your lay bet will have lost as well.

That is not right. They mean different things, 1-0 at half time then remains 1-0 full time means both bets lose.

i think the HT/FT result they dont need to win the second half just still be winning from the first.. so if Hull go 1-0 up in the first half and dont score in the second both would lose

I just done this and then read the rest of the comments, is there any way to reverse this or cover myself?

@mattytrfcjames I don’t think there’s any way you can completely cover yourself. Only way really to kind of cover it is if you cash out the bet on Coral. And then back Hull Halftime/Fulltime on the exchange for 3.7. This will give you a loss of £1.33 plus any loss from cashing out your bet on Coral.

Sorry for the misleading infor Matty.
You can cash out the lay bet for minimal loss at the moment, but nothing can be done with the £20 at Coral I’m afraid.

See what I mean about people following things blind.
Mattytrfcjames if you dont know the terms and meaning of offers you should refrain from match betting.
OP poster always read the terms and conditions and if something appears too good to be true , read the t & c ‘s a 2nd time and then again 3rd time.

If I remember correctly mattytrfcjames this is not the 1st time you have made such an error.

good job you are not an airline pilot

Lots of ppl have made the same mistake. I saw it posted before where ppl thought they could back win both halves and lay HT/FT.

Its a common mistake. Its a beginners mistake. They wont make it again and hopefully won’t have cost a lot.

Also one has to notice when an offer is too good to be true. It was a huge difference in odds so one should double check it well
