Horse Racing (20th Feb)

  • Right the most profitable day of the week by miles (for me anyway) Saturday is finally here and this brings with it the Channel 4 racing!! The races are as follows:

    Ascot 1.50 2.25 3.00 3.35
    Haydock 2.05 2.40
    Wincanton 3.20

    The following offers are available to us: Sky MB 2nd 1:50 Race, William Hill MB 2nd all races (Mobile only) Ladbrokes MB 2nd all races. Bet365 4/1 Winner, Betfair 3/1 SP Winner.
    Betway have their usual £10 x 3 bets and we also need to remember Coral’s amazing off of bet £20 on odds of 2/1.

    Race 1 – Ascot 1:50 6 Runners at present, looking at the current odds there are 3 horses which are a lot more likely to win then the other 3. I will be using Sky 2nd/Ladbrokes 2nd/WH 2nd to hopefully bag a free bet here.

    Race 2 – Haydock 2:05 6 Runners one being an absolute outsider 50/1 so 5 runners looks like a good chance.

    Race 3 – Ascot 2:25 5 Runners so be careful if one is a non runner we won’t be able to use the MB 2nd Ladbrokes or William Hill.

    Race 4 – Haydock 2:40 8 Runners looks fairly open

    Race 5 – Ascot 3:00 11 Runners which makes it difficult

    Race 6 – Wincanton 3:20 4 Runners so pretty much useless other than bet365 4/1 or betfair 3/1.

    Race 7 – Ascot 3:35 8 Runners.

    Lets hope for a profitable one!

    I did mention the Coral offer, but it is definitely want to be highlighted and not missed very easy to do a quick £20 back and lay (over 2/1) sorted! I didn’t mention the Paddy as I am restricted and most people are for that matter, and besides 2nd to SP isn’t very good as they have that offer most days anyway! The Channel 4 offers are the best!

    Just re-read and saw you did. I stopped reading that line because it started with betway which is the one bookie I’m gubbed from :-(, so didnt see you mention the coral.

    Agree that PP is still nowhere near as good as the other C4 offers but 1.50 ascot can be tied in with other promos to help maximise profits and 1.45 fairyhouse is a very chance – fav at 1.33 so should win, and Newberry New or Tocororo will likely come 2nd.

    Yeah, it’s certainly not one of the ‘big’ boys to lose but I did enjoy doing their 3 bets x £10 to get a free £10 – Regular, could have low qualifying losses, guaranteed free bet.

    Yeah i’m pretty confident on race 1 however, what I have learned from horse racing is anyone can win to be honest! But yeah at least 2 2nd places and I will be happy!

    Ok race 1 I’m on the top two with sky and WH. About £4 loss

    2.40 I have bet365 buffalo at 6. Laid at 6 but not matched yet.

    Not gonna have much time tomorrow so really hope to hit something out of these.
    Could do with some nice enhanced offers to boost the pot

    Btw yesterday I passed the £2500 profit mark. Well pleased

    You should probably wait as I’m sure you will definitely get less than a £4 loss tomorrow…and also be careful waiting for a lay to match, if it doesn’t you could be down a lot or even lose quite a bit having to take awful lay odds. But i’m sure you know all that already you’re own risk etc.
    But many congratz on passing that landmark!

    Blank I got an email yesterday, but they don’t put the promo up until half 9 so make sure you don’t place any bets until after then or they won’y count!
