– don’t think my first response effort posted. Shabby internet in the rooftop bar. Laos was excellent. Loved biking from Vientiane to Luang Prabang and back. Wish I’d spent more time in LP. Hanoi was crazy and dirty. Hoi An was really beautiful. PP seems okay as cities go. Head to Siem Reap in two days for a week – was there last year and loved it. 5/6.4 a £5.80 loss for the fav to win and him to come 2nd? seems like quite a large loss for those events to happen..would be grateful if FOG would do his maths to see that is actually profitable in the long run or you just got lucky this time…but as you say doesn’t matter that much if he actually came 2nd this time.

Stupidly put two bets on…
Dark Diamond first and then Edgar. Diamond came in but Edgar came second. Only later realised bonus was for first bet horse only.
£1.98 qualifing loss, and lesson learnt.

I backed a horse in a MBS race with Boyle on monday for £20 then as the odds were in my favour i put another £20 on it. It just got beat by the SP fav and they gave me £25 back when i was expecting £20. Was a bit suprised.
