+0True enough it has settled in my favour. It just staggers me how incompetent employees on chat are and how inaccurate the information they supply actually is for the majority of bookies.

Yup 9 times outa 10 I find live chat to be utterly useless. A few weekends ago everyone knows William Hill do MB 2nd on all channel 4 races..however, the live chat was adamant it was only MB 2nd at Warwick (Warwick wasn’t even a meeting held that day) after countless arguing stating the promo they still didn’t apologise or realise they were wrong, really did annoy me.
