Even though I opted in and placed qualifying bet I havent got the 10 free bet yet anyone else got this problem? thanks

If you go for a free £10 in play bet is the qualifying bet also covered by Bore Draw (if it finishes 0-0)? I’m trying live chat to find out but my wait time’s going up and down from 01:35 then 28:30! Zzzzzzz.

+0Didn’t get my free bet last night either but just logged in now to see I have one on my account now. Seems they’ve gone back and credited the ones that weren’t given. I didn’t contact them either, they’ve jsut done it themselves/

+0Mine wasn’t credited during the match yesterday, but when I logged in this evening I had a free £10 bet. So used that (layed at Smarkets), then did the £25 3.0 on Liverpool, layed at Ladbrokes, then did £20 on Southampton in 90 mins, layed at Smarkets, and got the £10 in play about 10 mins into the match. £23 profit tonight.
+0Got mine this morning but didn’t see it. Spoke to customer services and the gave me another 10 free but some how mixed one of the free bets in my qualufier for tonight’s :(. We’re they any better giving free bets? When is the next match can’t see the offer on the william hill site now ?
