New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I agree @betman, it was made clear in the opening paragraph.
I would never criticise someone for lumping a free bet on something at high odds. If that’s how they want to play it, that’s their prerogative. Everyone is different.
First and foremost this is a matched betting site, but that doesn’t mean we can’t discuss other means of being profitable. It’s our common goal.
Just a quick one guys…
I fully expected to receive my fair share of criticism for promoting a tipster service. I have said from the outset that it’s not something that will interest everyone. You are welcome to ignore it.
I’m always looking for extra ways to earn a bit of pocket money and if I find a service that I genuinely believe is profitable and could help you guys, I’ll promote it. If you’re not interested, that’s absolutely fine.
I’ve already answered a number of questions in the comments section of the original post, so please check that out for more info…

Hi James. The blog focuses mainly on the big offers, such as money back specials, free bets, risk-free bets etc. I consider horse racing offers to be one of those ‘extra’ ways of boosting our bottom lines. I’ve added a short paragraph to the Matched Betting Challenge page explaining this.
I removed the thread following a request from the original poster. It’s not something I make a habit of doing but as it had been copied and pasted from another site, I thought it was best to do so.
I have no objection to any of you guys starting a new thread discussing the said strategy though.
Your each way stake is half of your total stake, so you would enter £10.00. This is explained if you mouse-over or tap the ‘?’ symbol.
No problem @fog_blog, I have no issue at all with you guys questioning the service, I’d be concerned if you didn’t!
I appreciate that it’s a tricky one promoting a tipster service, given the risk-free nature of the blog. As I’ve said though, I wouldn’t recommend it if I hadn’t thoroughly trialled it and believe that it’s worth following. It’s not for everyone, but if it helps a few of you guys make a bit of extra cash, then that’s great!
I’ve just updated the post on the main page guys. 0.875 points lost on Day 2, leaving us 12.625 points up overall. It’s a shame Whisper was beaten on the line!
Pleased to hear you’re giving it a go @guppyboy.
I’m disappointed you question my credibility @fog_blog.
The tips came through late on Monday and I put them on before bed as I knew I would be too busy with the blog on Tuesday morning.
I shouldn’t have to do this and I won’t be making a habit of it, but here are the screenshots of my betslips …
Of course the level of profits yesterday is not sustainable but it was great to get off to a good start.
Get regular offer updates, tip and tricks, big offer alerts and more straight to your inbox.
Check out the post on the homepage @bbobb. I’ve added a table with all the selections and info mate.
Couldn’t agree more Tony. Great to get the Festival off to a good start!
It was worth a try mate, but you know I can’t divulge such information!
Just a quick update guys…
13.5 points profit on Day 1 courtesy of wins for Un Temps Pour Tout (16/1) and Tully East (12/1)! That’s £135.00 profit to £10.00 stakes.
I’ve updated the post on the main page with the full results.
I’ll be taking on board people’s feedback and then I’ll make a call on what gets changed if anything mate.
I completely understand the scepticism guys, I expected a fair bit of that.
I agree that the sales page could be a lot more professional to reflect his service.
Aside from the information I’ve provided in the post and review, all I can say is that I wouldn’t risk damaging the reputation of the blog if I didn’t genuinely believe that it’s a service worth following.
@sleepless It’s not for matched betting mate, it’s value betting, so betting on horses at odds that are greater than their realistic chance of winning.
@tony-s I’ve trialled a few free tipsters recently and made losses. This is a professional service with a proven track record. Entitled to your opinion though mate.VISA, MasterCard or PayPal mate.
@bobster With the volume of bets that goes down on the big races, I don’t think that’s an issue. I’ve not experienced any stake restrictions so far.
@Fog_BLoG The email usually comes out the night before and I often don’t get round to putting the bets on until the following morning. Occasionally the odds will have dropped slightly but sometimes the odds have fluctuated in my favour. On the whole though, I can usually get on at the advised price no problem. Oddschecker is fantastic for comparing odds across all of the bookies.
