They were poor because they were 1/5 odds on 6 places meaning they would of course cut their odds to reduce liability on 5th and 6th place payouts. Sky do exactly the same but I managed to get on Fletchers flyer 25 ew at 12/12 this morning then lay the place in play as lucky for me the horse started really well and stayed up there until a couple of furlongs out where he was pulled up.

A question for you e/w arbers: since these arb opportunities typically last for a short while, how do you actually manage to find them? Surely that requires sitting at your PC all day?

The fact they’re doing 1/5 of the odds isn’t really an excuse compared to 1/4 the odds 5 places bookies.
Which is a shame as I had noble with 365. Did have an arb on the win, and Eway arb on 4th though so decent enough. Extra place would been a decent matched betting set with the other 2 wins plus 90% extraction of freebet in the race.

Net Decosse was an awesome arb. £60 if he places in top 4.

£50 down there but £158 up for the day.

Not really SJ, I use oddschecker to see which bookies have the best odds in order to find the arbs. Betvictor closed my account but they generally offer the best odds on the outsiders.

Probably missed the boat now but 4.10 Fairyhouse was great. Im on Billys Hope and Shes A Star. Arbed the win 17/16 on both and place lays looking good already.

I lost out with screaming rose. Arb on the win, was a stack of cash trying to back the place (which was already an arb) so I waited…but the price never came in and that cash vanished. Laid a little in running but not all
