Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

Was being harsh there proberly. I just notice that the majority of horses (happened a lot yesterday) that get some late money in small Irish meets go on to win or at least run very well (maybe this shows up more than UK meets because there is much less liquity and any horse getting a decent bit of money on will come in drasticly) I’m sure Uk racing gets plenty of late ‘in the know’ money but perhaps this dosnt show up quite as big in the price changes.

Writing this makes me think I should do a little study of the results of laying off big drifters and backing big steamers win/ew in small Irish meets

Thankyou Setara! Suffering with a bit of a cold atm so didnt want to venture out in case it was a late meet.
As I hadnt seen any posts from you or TP was thinking the worst that the offer was over! Decent meet going on the field sizes. No Bad ews today so better get out there and crack on- Good punting!

Cheers Setara for the heads up and thks Scabadab will probably look to lay off outside the shop in future.

To my inexpert eye the 14:40 looks quite good for this with smallish QL’s for the top 2. I will probably underlay on the favourite for the 14:10 in the hope of something. Will also do the favourite on the 16:40 and lay for a small loss.

SkyBet going extra place (4) on the 16:20 which has an evens fav. Should be some good value.

Bahamaian Dollar at 15/15ish currently is a small arb on the 3 place market already. Free shot at extra place almost.

Just checked my emails and noticed SportNation were going 6 places 1/4 on the National with faller insurance on your first bet up to £50. :-(

Sounds like you hit the best 3 races there TP. The 240 was very nice 6 runners 3 close favs. Hit the top 3 in as many shops as I could and underlayed by about 50%’ so kopped dec prof on the winner and 2nd, A risky approach but id say one with long term benefits.

May been a typo Bob. Looking back I had same email but they were advertising 1/5th on the site and my bet history shows 1/5th

still value though… sadly my first bet pulled up, presumably on all 4s still.

Also a small punt on Glory of Paris as I won a load on it a few weeks ago from a tip from the jockey (through a mate).
