Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

If laying on Smarkets, multiply your EW stake by 1.02
If laying on BetFair, multiply your EW stake by 1.05I always underlay because its simpler, no fiddling about with the calculator so more chance of getting better prices, plus its fun to cheer on a horse(s) to place even if you barely lose if it doesnt

Ally, as enigma said underlaying makes it so easy, just add 0.02 for Smarkets on so
£10 is £10.21
£20 is £20.41
£50 is £51This is if you have better odds at the bookies than laying at the exchange.
Today has certainly been a good day, I also want to set something that’s been bugging me about this thread. The NO CHAT in title, are there people out there that are upset about the amount of chat?
+0I think there used to be people active on here that didn’t like the chat. More a place to stick up bad ew races and horse etc.
But the thread has be reignited which is good to see and the chat, so long as on topic is useful to a lot of people.
Made me a tidy profit today too, hats off to you guys, I hope to pitch in where I can with some great tips too!

+0Ahh, I didn’t appreciate the underlay approach was just for arb bets. Thanks for the tips on how to calculate it so easily. I knew I was missing something obvious

Think I’ve just reliased what Underlay actually means- I thought it meant lay less than what u bet🙃 I 99% either lay what I’ve bet or mostly a little less..perhaps if I have a monster arb on a huge odds on place arb I might lay extra on it..if I’m in dyer need of a guaranteed win buzz only
Why is it called underlay and not something like fullamountlay…

Good stuff deez…yeah the old guard misery gits used to Moan about a bit of random chat in amoungst the good stuff…used to get in the way of them gobbling up easy to see good info- losing valuable seconds (same moaners used to mainly post sweet fa of any value just take it)
And there would be periods of no posts for weeks then a complaint that something got posted that wasn’t a tip/spot🙃

Although now more good posts are coming in(outside of my own😁) I will cut out the unnecessary info about horses I’ve got on on prices that have gone etc.. and too much of the raandioms..as too much ramble will get in the way of the emerging important stuff👍

So far Enigama since getting into the horse stuff I’ve only done one extra account (the misses) and got all hers pretty much gubbed in a few months around chelt time ( will look to get 1 or 2 running (of friends) around chelts time next year. Would like a few accounts to go with the sharbing stuff but I’ve limited contenders in my circle atm for trusted account running and will keep them on ice till chelts👍
Whilst I’m day dreaming of fresh accounts,particularly B365 my advice would be to anyone is that if you don’t think you can get fresh accounts up n running in time for Cheltenham next year, don’t hammer your 365 account – although as I know myself hammering the daily 2 race special (if that’s still running) and of course using their often best prices on EWays is hard to resist. With experience and a sizable bankroll a couple of grand prof on an unrestricted 365 account should be a min at Chelts with them.+0
