Just received a customer satisfaction survey from BWin, for once I’m going to fill this out…….erm, not satisfied I would say !

Easy for me to say I know because I’m not waiting on a £50 free bet but those of you sitting on your 25% top up free bet, there is absolutely no reason why you shouldnt have used it already. Do so now or lose it, bwin don’t have horse racing markets so you’ll soon struggle to extract anything decent out of it. This idea that using it risks you not getting the £50 free bet is a bit silly.

I’ve already used my small free bet, saw no reason why I shouldn’t. Extracted 70-75%. I did lay more on Wales not winning so I am still up but another 35-40 would be nice as per the actual offer!

Morning everyone!
There is a light in the tunnel for us. Just spoke to bwin representative on the phone and been told to use the small free bet (it expires soon) as they are going through all the accounts that took part in this offer and apparently will be crediting them manually (just a remainder of your stake after using your smaller free bet). She said is a slow process as there was lots of people taking part and advise to keep checking that account as it suppose to be in within 48h. She confirmed they had thousands of complaints and the scale of it is huge. She mentioned what someone already said here before that it was suppose to be for VIP users only, but they had a glitch in the system and it only picked up the other 25% back offer.
Seems like they are going to honour it although I would advise you all to bombard them with emails and phone calls as I think they will try to get away with it where possible.+0This 48hrs just keeps getting extended lol. Be glad to see this come to an end though. Bwin are in the bin after.
