He’ll have made that from the extra place offer. For example, Paddy were offering 5 places and had Our Kaempfer @ 10 and you could lay this on betfair @ 10/10.5 before the race. Gives a risk free shot at the horse coming 5th when you scoop it all.

yes extra place offers. I posted a thread about it last week sometime.
Was very lucky today, hit two in a row. got one yesterday as well, which was the first this year. the bookies don’t seem to run extra places very often now.+0
He’ll have made half of that on the extra place offer given by Paddy (5 places). They were offering Old Kaempfer @ 10 and you could lay @10/10.5 on betfair – giving you a risk free shot at 5th place when you scoop it all.
