When I’ve had the error message in the past I’ve just logged out and back in and tried again, if that doesn’t work then you’re more than likely gubbed.

Adam was very informed! I got another tool on chat before him and was trying to tell me that I didnt get the €5 free bet because my bet was not 1/2 or higher. My bet was 4/7.

It is worth checking this ppl before you place a bunch of bets on the horses because they are not sending out emails. Adam cancelled my qualifying bet on the Man Utd as a gesture of goodwill.
