Its the fact they are not letting anyone know whats going on e-mailed them loads of time and not heard back, you would think they would put an announcement on there site or something its shocking for a big site to be so shitty

I was going to do 2.1 England with Bwin, but I switched the 2.1 England to Bet365 and did 1.0 England on Bwin, may have been better to do 2.1 on both lol

What annoys me is they made the terms and have broken the terms (24 hours). If we break the terms then we get punished. Can’t see anything happening over the weekend.

I had a similar issue with them with a 6 nations rugby offer. Free bet wasn’t given within the 24 hours. That particular dept which deals with free bets doesn’t work weekends. Had to wait for 4 days before I got it.
