I’ve two account for bwin. On one account I deposited 100 for the offer withdrew 60.00 and the money’s in my bank already. One the other account I won and after depositing 100 now have a 300 pending withdrawal. Withdraws were made at the same time but the winning account is still pending, I made the withdrawals at the same time. Anyone else having any issues ?

So for those of you who like me have been credited £6-7 free bet should know that it expires on Monday (lunch time for me).

If they have indeed got their offers mixed up then I’m wary spending this bonus and messing up my chances of getting this resolved.

On the other hand, I don’t have much faith in them fixing this over the weekend and losing another bonus would be very frustrating indeed.

My free bet is in!!!

Its come in some time this evening as I’ve been checking most of the day. I still have the 7.13 free bet from the 25% bonus as well.

I emailed their support about 5pm so not sure if that’s what got me the bet.

Just the smaller free bet for myself, a friend who placed the same bets hasn’t received anything at all. I’ve called, emailed them and no closer to knowing what’s happening. Sure this’ll be the last time many will use bwin, poor form.

I rang the customer service line a while back, he said “i’m on the list” for the free bet, but it could take up to another 48 hours.

Just spoke to bwin again. The bloke sounded suicidal. As per him none of the freebets have been credited yet as the 2000 or so names of people who’ve qualified for the freebie have been forwarded to a dept for manual crediting. They hope to get this done today. Yeah right.

So, is it wise to not use the smaller free bet that we’ve received?
If we leave it too late, we could risk missing out of that too…

I can’t see anything being done before Monday tbh.

And @F.Shep42, thats better than nothing. Hopefully that will be the worst possible case with the rest of us. Best case – us getting the £50 free bet on top…
