Bwin – Money back on Live Bets England v Wales

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

    Another call to Bwin.
Latest news, slightly different from yesterday, is that BWIN have ballsed up and that the £50 offer should not have been advertised on the website! It was only meant for “VIPs” and most of the people on their list of complainants weren’t eligible! They are yet to make a decision if we’re going to get the free bet. The agent then said that out of courtesy they hope to credit everyone within 48 hours, but he couldn’t make any promises at this time.
In terms of the £7 “free” bet I received he said that if I do get the £50 credited i’ll actually only receive £43. Again this is different to what I was told yesterday.
    Wankers.
Matt, you’ve seriously got to consider not posting BWIN offers in future. If they don’t pay up I think its a no-brainer.

Cheers for keeping us posted Dockie. I’m not hopeful at all…shame as in order to save face they really need to credit the free bets, a tad annoying as instead of profiting like £25 ill lose £15, guess these things happen.

VIP’s, really, what loads of bollocks! It was clearly advertised on the site for everyone.

Yeah I know “VIPS”, twats. We’ll wait and see. You could tell the customer service reps are pissed off and don’t really know what to say. Feel a bit sorry for them as its clearly not their fault. Had the same issue with a rugby offer some time ago. Think i’ll vote with my feet from now.

I’ve just called them again, they state they’re putting through customers every 2 hours to be manually credited. However he did say he’s just put me on that list now – Thing is with that, if you’ve not kicked up a fuss it suggests you may not even be down to receive the manual credit.

He didn’t know if we’d be receiving the £50 or a part credit, he did confirm an email will be going out to customers explaining the mix up… So in a nutshell here, if you don’t complain you may never see the free bet.

I better ring using a free app, I’m using a landline to call Gibralter. I have sent an email to them.

If this isn’t credited, make sure you have contacted them first, keep the communication, then forward this on via a complaint via IBAS. This is also something that needs to be reported to the ASA (Advertising standards authority). I’m not sure whether the Gambling commission will care about this as they don’t deal with individual complaints. Also it wouldn’t hurt to put up a review on trustpilot. If lots of people do this they are not going to like that very much. I’m willing to give to mid next week and if the matter isn’t resolved i’ll be doing the above. Anyone like to add to this please share.

Use an app like magicjack for international calls, dont use your landline or mobile, unless its an app for free calls via your mobile internet or wifi.

Well think i’m going to use my £6.88 free bet and then just never use Bwin again. Shocking company, hope they lose a hell of a lot of customers from this.

The offer was definitely not just for ”VIP’s” as I signed up to Bwin shortly before kick off and still received the free bet…

Billy we know anyone could do the offer, what dockie posted was that Bwin were saying it ‘should’ have only been for VIPs
