Do you think communication via the online form would be enough? Since, i’d rather have the contact be written down…

    Im not sure…any ideas?

Matt said on the blog hes contacted them and they’ve had numerous complaints (not surprised there) and that they hope to resolve the situation.

Never EVER trust a euro bookie. I avoided these clowns after they did the bet 20 get 10 inplay for an England game not long ago. They hadn’t credited my free bet to use inplay and when I contacted them I was told it had been but I had not used it. I claimed this was nonsense. This was all via email and they took an age to respond. As soon as I saw their euro offer my spidey senses told me that getting that freebie would be like getting money back off a used car dealer after the car they sold you packed in after a day. They are an absolute joke bookie. Sorry to see so many have been done.

The only good thing out of this was that I did the dutch method and put it on draw. Of course if the game had ended a draw I would have won £25. However, I will happily take losing £10 or so due to beating the Welsh with that last minute goal!!

My £50 free bet is in

My in play bet was a loser so didn’t qualify for the 25% enhanced winnings bonus.

I sent a one line email late last night

I have no idea why everyone has been panicking so much, i was always expecting this to come through eventually

I won with the pre match bet and lost the in play, all I’ve had so far is £6.88! I’ll give them a call after the tennis, already sent an email.

    Congratulations TJ7, well done.
I’m not sure if people are panicking. I’m not panicking, just pissed off. We were supposed to get the free bet within 24 hours and here we are, Sunday and nothing. No communication from BWIN at all. The last call i made to them they said the majority of people weren’t eligible and that they weren’t sure if we’d be getting the free bet. Looking at Twitter lots and lots of annoyed people, many of whom have sent emails as far back as Friday and no reply from BWIN. Still no sign of my free bet……..

I think the word panicking is the incorrect one to use. If I have to take a loss on thus offer so be it, these things happen in matched betting.

However, for a company to do an offer and state free bets will be paid out within 24 hours..and now its like 96 hours its a bit poor form really isnt it. To add the icing to the cake giving out smaller free bets as well, gotta laugh.

I’m also not worried. it’s either a £20 loss or a £20 profit for me.
What’s annoying is I punted the In play bet on Draw….
A fantastic win for the team and i am very happy, but at the expense of £125.00 it puts a dampener on the win, Bwin’s mishap just amplifies that. COME ON ENGLAND!

£125, did you punt the pre match too? @F.Shep42

My losses are, £43.12 on Bwin and £30 Betfair for laying the pre match, so £73.12 in total, but I won the inplay with Bet365 on a punt and with Paddy Power, England winning.

Even so, it was advertised as risk free, clearly this is not risk free as most of us have not received the full free bet refund. After I’ve finished watching the Queens club final, I’ll ring them on magicjack.

Backed and Layed both pre match qualifiying bets.

I was in an exam so punts had to be done c.48th Minute. Punted £50 (b365) on 2-1 wales, and £50 on Bwin on draw.

£145 – QL’s and a couple other small punts i had one meant £125 profit.

It is completely unacceptable from bwin. Shall not spend another penny there again.

I punted the in play bet on England at half time, 14/5. Thank god for that injury time goal!

Too right it was a fanastic win. Nothing better than beating your neighbours with a last minute winner, dominated the whole second half deserved the win 100%.

Agree @ryanB – bearing in mind we were loosing at half time, a great win. Puts us where we should be in the table. If we had drawn, it would be out of our hands coming into the final fixture whether we finish 1st or not.
