My theory beyond matched betting

Hi all have not posted in a while and have seen the forum collapse due to the lack of offers. My online career is all but over now due to being gubbed in the last week by my last few standing accounts. Anyway people will want to argue this but over the last month I turned a 4K bankroll into 21k by something called each way arbing.

The basic jist of this is to pick races with 8,9 16-20 runners and backing certain horses each way. It always works in fields of 16-20 runners where 4 are paid and works in the 8 or 9 especially when there are 2 or 3 outsiders or an odds on favourite.

For example I put 100 ew on a 12/1 shot on bet365 in a 17 runner race. I am looking to lay at 13 on betfair. Let the lay match and as soon as it has take the 12/1. Current position is your down a max of 5 pounds on bf commission. (Use smarkets if you wish)

Then go on the place markets and lay the horse. The odds on 365 are 3/1 (4) as a 1/4 of the odds. On betfair this should be lower and often trading around 3.3/3.4. This means you can play about with the numbers to make a profit but say i lay 120 @ 3.4 to lose 288 I can make around 12-14 on this part after commission. Therefore I’m around a tenner up before the race regardless of what happens.

As my bankroll got bigger I got better at it by doing multiple horses in races and laying the places 3 mins before the start of the race. people can say what they want about me being 17k up from it but I know I have made this money and the theory works if you are sharp at maths can react quickly to mental calculations and I know a few people on here would be able to do it.

Good luck to those who go for it. I will be spending some time at mates houses over the summer and taking a 50 50 cut for the use of their name.

Doh, just got muddled with place/not to place and ew arb. Ended up backing win but laying place. Managed to mostly mitigate loss but as horsey came second could have been a disaster.
Bet others have done this or will do in future.

Bit unfair to say that twitter account is charging for their tips because it isnt. Everything I’ve spotted has been out in the public domain, you dont even need to be following/be followed by the account.

Either way, I’m glad its made people reveal the actual races and hopefully the horses to get on for this ew arbing. I find it strange how this information has been kept so secretively up until now. Share the knowledge and the wealth. After all you’ve probably made a bucket load of money from others giving you a heads up on here.

For the 2.25 I am keeping my eye on Between the Waters which is 15.0 at Stan James compared to 12 and 13 everywhere else.

As beesty says though, a non runner will probably change place terms.

Fair enough chris I was ok with it at first but when my mate signs up with his workmates to do it on lunchtimes and then get harassed with paying for a service that’s over the top. Also yday a tweet was deleted after it fell.

Anyway chris I’m actually off to the races today for the first time since doing it at lingfield. Your usually a good tipster so any thoughts I fancy number 2 in the first four races!

Nah mate, bit of a minefield is Lingfield today.

Only tip I can give is for Adam Kirby ridden horses, hes a bit of an all weather specialist.

I think he is talking about a different one! The Royal Native tweet is still up… we never delete tips… we want to remain transparent… why do we need to delete them because they dont need to win or place to break even or profit???
We have never harrassed anyone about signing up or paying??
This stratergy is not your own invention… ive worked in the betting industry for 16 years after getting a maths degree and have been doing this long since your first post! We were trying to put people off it because the more that do it it gives us less value during the week because there becomes more layers then backers!
We point out not only the race but a specific horse to look out for… this takes up hours and hours of our day because its about timing on ew arbs… the opportunity sometimes only existes for a few minutes!!As Chris points out he has already made well in excess of £200 by following us and out tweets are public!!
I dont see what some of you guys think is wrong?? Twitter gives instant info without having to get to this page and root through offers??? In the future we may consider charging a very minimal fee to people who wish to get this info early and the horse so they can get the vest value!! Like i say hours per day is spent trawling to find the right horse and we also have many contacts in trading rooms and stables that also give us private info..
You dont have to look at the page but it is helpful to people that arnt experts yet mate!!
